I'd be surprised if that "pin vise" could grip anything other than the size of the drilled hole.
Especially with the minimal clamping supplied by the "nut".
Quick knock up when a special size pin vise is needed. I liked the heat shrink tubing for the handle.
It's not perfect, but then again, I've never seen an improvised tool that was. Well, except my ex-wife claimed that a Butter Knife was the perfect tool. She said you could hit things with it, cut things with it, spread soft things with it, and drive & remove screws. I couldn't see it that way. I wonder if that was what drove us apart?
