    WW2 Finnish camouflaged road - photo

    Camouflaged Finnish road near the Russian border during the Second World War. Trees were hung above the road to conceal movement from a Russian observation tower.

    I believe that "superhero" is simply damage to the original film. I have seen that a lot on old negatives.
