Tsar Tank developed by the Russians during the First World War. The armored vehicle is considered to be an utter engineering failure due to its numerous design flaws.

OK, the pic does it little justice. Poor shot angle makes hard to determine what's going on. So, I googled it...comedy ensued!

The engineer was impressed with ox-carts ability to traverse rough terrain via large diameter wheels. Thus armed, his prototype scaled books on the Tsar's desk.

Scaled up to chassis they built, the wheels were 27 feet high!

-Absolutely right. You'd be amazed at what these guys have come up with thru the years!
The motto for our Ordnance Design Department seems to be "Rather Original than Operational",
just like the saddles of the Austro-Hungarian Cavalry in WW1:
As ornamentally exquisite, as unrideable for any longer amount room-time...

No, hiding it unlikely.
They could have tried aircraft styled camouflage, you know, light blue or grey undercarriage and ground patterns above?

Definitely wouldn't wanted one at Kursk, but might be great for hiding in the ruins of bombed out cities and picking off Shermans...Oh, wait, the Germans did that with a turret that housed a restyled AA gun.
