I don't trust anything anymore. Is this real? I dunno. Wouldn't the speed of an airship be very, very different from an airplane?

Even the USA had airships which were aircraft carriers. Think the USS Akron and the USS Makon

Biplanes can generally fly at a very low speed before losing lift, around 35 knots or so depending on the model. Rigid airships could cruise at a surprisingly fast 70 knots. England and the US tried this with some success, as Frank S stated above. The video may not match the title. Germany didn't use zeppelins or biplanes much after the start of WWII.
