Homemade Buffer/Grinder

DESCRIPTION:
Homemade buffer/grinder powered by a 1 HP motor. Incorporates separate arbors for each wheel. Base is an antique Crosby gauge tester ballasted with lead ingots. Pulley and wiring are enclosed by the doghouse.
