Homemade cradle constructed from channel iron and wood blocks. Intended to facilitate the process of lowering a Porsche flat-6 engine.

Nice, but why do all the flat 6 cradles seem to be shaped differently?

Hmm, one of the nicer flat-6 cradles I've seen. Sturdy because of the steel, but non-slippery (and non-damaging) because of the wood.
