Nicely executed; in design and results. Bored via lathe my choice for this type job too; repetitive parts and holding tight tolerance of diameter. Good planning on F&R using common holders. My only suggestion would be clamping stud and nut, instead of capscrew, to bind the 40mm diameter. AA1+
