DESCRIPTION:
Homemade main gear casters intended to facilitate fuselage positioning. Constructed from 2x4s and equipped with rubber wheels.

It appears that with the wheels/tires in place that the only additional movement the casters allow is sideways, correct?  Usually, with cars...the casters are added when the tires come off.
