Homemade pickaroon fashioned from a length of scrap wood by adding a nail to one end. Intended to facilitate the process of reaching into a pickup truck bed to grab and extract an item.

I didn't name my tool, but I see I should have.  This is indeed a valuable addition to a pickup...or...in my case my workshop where tiny things always fall and bounce under some cabinet or other invisible space.
