All your recommendations on use and SAFETY are well-founded; including avoidance of climb milling. If users think what happened when a climb cut was taken, under weight of table and control of lead screw; you think you can react quickly or with sufficient strength. Bet not. Also correct on the use of small end mills - small and the more flutes the better. If you can find Right hand helix, with Left Hand Cut. It directs the cut downward, vice pulling on the part - not unlike bandsawing.
