Homemade split top Roubo workbench constructed from white ash and incorporating walnut inserts. Finished measurements are: 87" wide x 2' deep. Slab top is 4" thick.

Another great example of a tool that is art...I'd be reluctant to get my saw or a chisel anywhere near it.  It's so beautiful.

Simply beautiful! I probably wouldn't be able to hammer away on this thing for fear of marring it.
