I'd love to always buy American or build it myself, but sometimes I need a piece of equipment and don't have the money to buy America or time to make it myself.  Harbor Freight has some crap, but they also have some fairly good stuff.  I have always consider HF a excellent place to get light commercial and hobby quality tools.  Good job on this wheel.
