10-sided Poker Table

A group of friends have been playing poker for many years. I decided to make a Poker Table that would accommodate up to 10 players.
Although the usual count is 7 or 8 at our weekly games, there are times when it's easily filled with 10.
The table was intended for limited space and be able to fold up for storage without having a split-line in the middle.
I used SolidWorks to design the fold-up mechanism and the table top. It was made at a height for people to use "bar stools".
The table top was made using surplus 3/4" Birch cabinet panels, with oak side rails & trim added.
The angled Birch pieces were joined using biscuits.;

Holes for cup holders were done on a mill;

The oval piece was covered with a tough vinyl
and has seen about 17 years of use with no damage;

Beautiful design. I can't see a joint. Was the base piece 4ft or 5ft wide? How does one view the video? Google denies permission.

Thanks for fast reply. The 1st two video links now work but the last one still prevents access. Note the error message I get.

It's a great idea and beautiful design. I would like to make one for outdoor furniture. Can it be made out of a standard width plywood without splicing to add width!

It can be made out of a single 4 x 8 sheet. Mine ended up 49 1/2" wide x 61 1/2" long; each includes the oak trim pieces

Since you designed in Solidworks I'm not asking for your IP and a solid model. However, you did post your great idea and beautiful table in HMT, and we all appreciate well executed ideas. Folding vertically is an excellent way to store in cramped space. Any chance you could post a clearer picture of the folding mechanism?
