100 ton press with 50 ton hose press.

I find myself needing a stronger shop press all the time/ So a while back when one of the farmers brought me a part that needed the spindles pressed out of it I welded some scrap pieces I had laying around and used my 50-ton bottle jack to press them out by using a lot of heat to get the job done. later I found a 100-ton Enerpac cylinder on ebay to make a proper press.




I added a 10,000PSi gage to tell me how much tonnage it required to do the pressing
each 1000 PSI in 10 tons Neat.

The side of the press frame seemed to beg for the addition of my 50-ton hose and swedging press

A space below that became the home for the dies

2 Air pumps complete the press


Some pipe sleeves I swedged to size to use on the D3 dozer
