It’s hard to comprehend 13000 tons until your standing under it.

Not only a heavy lifter but has be a high lifter as well to be able to set a drill platform on top of floating leg or subsea structure. After the platform is in place the whole structure will be moved out to sea then slowly sank to the sea floor.
It is nearly impossible to mentally grasp the shear size of these things unless you have seen them up close

On ships and barges. Lift from one ship, wait for that ship to leave, set onto another ship that parks under the load.
