World's largest land crane - photos and video

"Big Carl", AKA SGC-250, is being billed as the world's largest crane, but I think the offshore cranes are larger. Maybe they're using a specific metric. Still really cool, and it was built to construct the first nuclear power plant to be built in the UK in 30 years.

It is sure no lightweight Capable of lifting 5000 metric tons in a single lift and able to travel along 6 Km of rails to set the lift.
