Pretty neat machine. I wonder if they were ever adopted by the army and produced, or if it was just the prototype. Puts the WWII DUKW to shame with its manuverability and power.

Was this one rear wheel drive or all wheel drive? 45 ft long would limit where you could bring it ashore if only rear wheel drive. If the bank were a little steep the rear axle would float and not have any traction.
