    Ha, ha so the old saying, is that a cannon between your legs was true.
    many odd-looking weapons platforms never see combat, but this little butte. was deployed in the French Algean war.
    I couldn't find any report if the 75mm Recoilless was ever actually fired from the scooter in combat though. And it was never meant to be fired from the cradle as there was no way to aim it while mounted., rather it was to be set up on a tripod. The scoters were dropped in pairs 1 having the cannon the other carrying the tripod and ammunition. each scoter was to carry 2 can of spare fuel as well.

    It reminds me of the 007 movie (Thunderball I think) in which a lady is riding a rocket launcher equipped motorcycle and chases down and blows up the car in front of her.

    Small tires don't make very effective in real dirt or sand; but even with dummy ammo, probably good for Interstate 5 merging on-ramps and passing.
    No good here, many don't understand 'accelerate' to start with.
