I worked at Exxon Research years ago there were guys in the barrel storage area who could spin 2 at a time. Full ones. I got to be able to spin walk 1 empty.

you don't need a gizmo like that to spin roll a drum full or empty just break it over on its edge and run with it. lf you don't have enough lead in your butt and arm to pull it over towards you then push it way until you reach the balance point then spin it around and go. Never tried 2 full ones but could handle 1 full or two empty
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products

Slightly latter version retains the clamping, actuated by hoisting with a forklift.
I use a drum dolly, being mostly a lead free butt.
That my most recent drum went just over $500.00, a dolly is fine.
Have a pair of tippers that roll too, very handy with a sillcock for watery stuff, and gate valve for viscous fluids.
