6HP string trimmer clutch

My Swisher 6 Hp string trimmer brush cutter Has always been a royal pain to try and start because the belt drive added a lot of resistance to the pull rope. I solved this once and for all by adding a clutch which loosens the belt here is how I did it

This is how it looks when the clutch leaver is pulled down

Now in the released or run position

I welded a nut to the end of the stem then made it square,

Then made a 3 position cap to go over the nut the 3/4" bolt makes the clutch adjustable
