Well I retired , I own an older motorhome and a pickup but no boat so as of yet I haven't carried out my threat. But I have a 600 HP Detroit to install in the motorhome so who knows?

The question is WHY it was on the highway? It didn't seem to have any license plates on it. Perhaps some juvenile delinquent stole it...
They are in China or very near China. I'm guessing Hong Kong since they are on the "wrong" side of the road. Looks like Mandarin characters on the signage, so has to be very near to China. There is no "fast" lane. Almost anything goes when it comes to driving there, although there are "some" rules that it helps to follow.
