That's VERY amazing that the airplane appears to have sustained little to no damage. It's a pity that it would likely get very damaged in the retrieval process... unless the pilot remained inside and they were able to use a chopper to lift it to sufficient altitude to glide to a safe landing. Though I don't know that I would trust the landing gear after having that kind of stress placed upon it.
