If nothing else, it knocks the pollen out of the trees very well.

I'm thinking something like that could be obtained by municipalities from U.S. govt surplus. What a great way for cities to spray for different types of tree diseases and damaging nuisance bug infestations in areas where crop dusters can't be used!

Useful, but with the latest technological advances, the truck can use a bluetooth hose so that it doesn't have to carry all of that water.
