hear in florida the one I was behind was mounted on a small trailer.... on a similur note a highway about 3 miles from me was 65 mph...then it got re paved very nicley...... they checked it and lowered the speed limit down to 45 mph due to the rong compound being layed down for the road serface....... but we still had to pay for the rong road...and no repave. loosing 20 mph on a highway....WTF??? it should of been repaved. and it was the paving company fault....I would bet they knew it was rong when they did it...before they did it. this is a good old boy part of florida where your buddys throw you work..and you throw them cash. lots of it. evenb the sheriff dept does it. the high sheriff was giving $5000 bonus to sheriffs , but you had to give him 3000 of it back in cash... and he was the head of the florida sheriffs association!! now he is...in car sir rated... our new sheriff turned him in when election was comming up....boy I love living in paradice.!!!
