I can't help but wonder if it has a real slate top under the felt.
It is actually a great looking table, I might question it being all terrain though. maybe a pair of rubber tracks or a set of high flotation tires would do the trick. and skis for the winter time.

That was the first thing I thought, as well. All that jiggling during the tractor ride back to storage, seemed like enough to crack a slate sheet.

Still, damned impressive work with the diamond tread plate all the way 'round. How'd they do that?
