Just curious, do they make a wrench like that with the handles bent the other way for loosening fittings? Ideally, you are should use an adjustable wench with the opening facing the correct way. It is correct in this video. But if he was removing the valve, the jaws would be facing the wrong way.

I realize that sometimes you cannot, but you get a better grip with the wrench facing the correct way.
