Another lathe "work truing" tool

Hi,
this week end , I was turning a new Titanium ring and, in the middle of the work, just after separating the ring from the stock, I had to rechuck my ring in order to dress the cut face.
And suddenly, the light came, I remembered the recent post from Canobi : lathe "work truing" tool and realized that it was exactly what I needed right now.

So I quickly made my simple version of it out of what I happened to have in the scrap box :

A roller-blade ball bearing, a spacer also from the same roller blade, a screw, a piece of square section stock.
OK, the hole is not well centered, but who cares ?


Here we go !




Of course, I tightened the chuck after truing the workpiece.
