    another new guy

hi I'm wayne. I've been retired for 12 years. I like to work on hot rods and do auto upholstery for spending money. I have made lots of little devices to upholstery jobs, they may not be considered tools but they got the job done. a day without tools is just a day. wayne

    Hi Wayne,

    Welcome!

Having just done the leather dash upholstery on my kit car, I've got a huge amount of respect for your efforts along those lines. I'm glad it's behind me, that's for sure.

All of those devices you've made are most assuredly tools. Please do post them when you're ready.

What's next on your build list?

    Ken

    my next tool

hi wayne here. I think my next tool will be something to make bench bleeding master cylinders easier. I've seen friends use screwdrivers and other objects that damage the end of the piston. I have it planned out in my head so now I just have to make it. I also have an idea for a webbing stretcher for wood framed (model a's & and other old cars) seat. wayne
