I'm on record many times both here and on almost every other site I have ever participated on about my views of horse play. When my wife and I had our machine and fabrication shop the standing rule was the quickest path to termination was horseplay and retaliation there were extremely rare exceptions but very few and never without severe administrative censure, and always involving the one thing all employees understood more than anything else the bottom line of their pay checks
