This concept was put forward in the 1970s by a gentleman (whose name escapes me) in Midland, Texas. A hydrogen peroxide-silver reaction propelled the prototype. I watched the initial flights by test pilot Jerry Alexander. The prototype flew well but for less than 30 minutes each flight due to limited fuel.
