When I started watching this, I wondered if he was going to laminate up the blade to make a head that had more heft to it. Then when you get to the end, what he has made is an axe shaped machette, and it cuts like that. He is cutting a twig and he barely makes it through it. He can't split an end grain - dried board without extra effort.
