The old adage of "strong in the back, weak in the head" seems to come to mind about now, eh. :-)

That looks pretty efficient to me! He's using the weight of the basket to his full advantage. Probably the hardest part is when the basket swings out in front of him and he's having to hold it back. Still, my old back would scream before I was done with one.
