    With what we have going on in this country right now with illegal aliens obtaining CDLs while unable to understand English or read road signs, that isn’t funny at all, in fact it should be universally outlawed.

    Maybe instead of thinking the practice should be outlawed. The idea should be embraced. Who knows seeing a mural painted on the back of a van type trailer might serve as a deterrent to tailgaters especially if flat screens were incorporated at the positions of where the driver and co-driver were located with proximity sensors in the back of the trailer showing them moving from time to time and looking back at the approaching vehicle when it gets too close. Possibly even causing amber lights ot flash to get the driver of the tailgating vehicle's attention warning them they are approaching a danger zone
