Sorry, not to diminish what has been done, this is a scroll saw, not a bandsaw

I would not take anything away from it being a scroll compared to band. That is on amazing process of cutting, a beautiful job.

At the 5 second mark the scene is spliced. When he opens it up at the 10 second mark there is an uncut bottom plate, or the floor of the structure.

If the cuts were made with the blade vertical then the pieces would have come completely apart.

I think the finished product, with the floor and whatever stops to keep the pieces together, was inserted at the 5 second mark.

Also notice that each level has distinctive windows.

Still cool to see.

Agreed! I saw the plate too and inched through the frames. Something is spliced in @ ~5sec...it's a different size piece at ~6sec.

You have not worked with draft very much have you? The blade is tilted slightly 3° to 5° when thrust forward like he does it would take up the space of the kerf and lock up. There is a lot cut out of the clip because there is no way to cut that all in 13 seconds. There is no mystery of how it is done. Very possible.

I would like to see the whole uncut (don't excuse pun) version of the recording on the smaller piece. That is some scroll saw & the operator has done it once or twice.
