Battery charger out of a Microwave Oven Transformer

I made this battery charger using a Microwave Oven Transformer (MOT), originally was going to be a spot welder but decided to get a bigger transformer for that purpose and so rewired it again to make a big quick charge battery charger.

MOTs have numerous uses. I used one to make a HF arc starter for a welder.
