Bead roller / circular cutter

Hello Everyone

I am a part-time luthier, living in Cape Town, South Africa. I have had to make a lot of my own tools because most of what I need is not available in my country & are way too expensive to import. I have made a thickness sander, a long belt sander, modified an old pin router to work with an CNC spindle. I also made a lot of smaller tools - pickup winder from old sewing machine parts, fret caul, fret benders, double boilers etc.
Right now I am planning to build my first resonator (brass body) guitars. I have been unable to find any of the tools I need but would prefer to make my own any way. Because of space constraints, I want to make a bead roller / circular cutter combo and am looking for advice in this regard. I will have the mandrels made, but should be able to do most of the rest.
