Does the engine need to be running to enable that operation?

The Osprey's are cool, but "Thanks" button doesn't register sigh given for the Corsair.

I was up close to a FU4 quite a machine. There are only 3 still flying and a total of about 17 in existence. I wish some one would build a kit i would most likely buy one. A real P51 sells for $ 3,000,000. i wounder what a FU4 would go for

An aircraft with so many problems with the name Boeing attached to it. High rate mechanical failures, transmission/clutch issues, manufacturing defects in gears and hard clutch engagements.. led to several fatal crashes.
