Com'on man.... That is just crying out for a winch to pull the trolley and the exhaust redirected to blow the top of the blade. :D
The build quality is outstanding. What sort of chain do you run? Looks like it could be anti-kick. Since the saw is in a jig what about a skip-tooth or even a full-skip?
What tooth shape are you using semi-chisel? Have you thought about a full chisel?
Just thinking about speed.
