Com'on man.... That is just crying out for a winch to pull the trolley and the exhaust redirected to blow the top of the blade.
The build quality is outstanding. What sort of chain do you run? Looks like it could be anti-kick. Since the saw is in a jig what about a skip-tooth or even a full-skip?
What tooth shape are you using semi-chisel? Have you thought about a full chisel?
Just thinking about speed.
