That title did throw me a curve.
Nice little tool. Just a thought, if you put a little countersink on the rivet holes, the rivet
would fill that and could be filed flat without just becoming a tight fitting pin as it is now.
Unless the tight pin is actually desired, if disassembly is ever necessary.
You could use solid copper wire for rivets if you don't have copper nails in your stash like a boat builder would have
Also, I have never seen a fractional reading dial caliper. I see they are available. Keep learning new things.
