Same procedure my guys had to suffer through setting up our 10 Hp CNC Gantry drill for making flanges, very time consuming to do the initial setup repeatable only if a proper fixture is mounted in place, that was until I showed them how to speed up production rate 10fold by simply mounting my super spacer with a 1-meter diameter fixture plate on it insert an indexing plate with the proper numbered stops. locate center, move the drill head to the proper BC diameter then never move it again for the entire production run Next BC diameter just move over accordingly Have a power outage due to our generator going down or having to switch over to the backup generator no problem the CNC part of the machine was not even in use.
