Braille-etched railing at the Castel Sant'Elmo in Naples describing the view to blind people. The verses were taken from La terra e L'uomo (The Land and the Man) by Italian author Giuseppe de Lorenzo.

Not being able to read braille I wonder how well the view is described to a non sighted person. For someone blind from birth I imagine being able to read the view might not mean a whole lot unless there was some baseline perspective which could be explained.
To someone who had lost their sight in their later years, reading the description of the view might find it lacking in detail.
