My inadequate experience with rotors, if they have warped, they probably will again. Resurfacing, has the OEM limits, but I would only do it to remove the glazed areas, from pad failure.
But a pair of rotors from eBay last January for my Nissan was $25USD free shipping, and were ceramic coated. But I think that depends on the model. And if you are willing to buy cheap import brake components. It's not like they fail instantaneously, and so far, zero issues.
