I am interested in trying to build Winkys Buckboard flyer or something similar. Are these plans available to purchase ? I was a long time reader of Popular Science magazine starting in the early 1960's. There was an article about a car that was designed by 2 Vocational Education teachers. The car resembled an antique car. Does anybody else remember this car or anything about the plans to build it? or does anybody have any idea where to find plans for a vehicle like this? Thanks
