OUPS seems to be appropriate here. OUPS is our Ohio Utility Protection Service... Call Before you Dig. But then they do miss mark things sometimes.

They miss marked a line in front of my house once. I caught the operators just in time to tell them they were digging right over the like. They did not believe me, so I said fine with me, and walked away. When I left a few minutes later, they had decided to get the shovels out and discovered the discovered the line .

We had fiber cable installed this year for internet (It's VERY fast too!). They called 811 (utility locators around here) who came out and marked "everything" unfortunately there was a main gas distribution junction under our front yard they missed! No damage fortunately because one of the guys connected all of the yellow lines they painted and realized they all met in our yard but there was no mark there. They called the gas company who confirmed there was a junction there. Check twice, dig once and don't blow nuthin' up!
