    Calculations of the press' frame strength

    Hello everybody, even though I am not a mechanical engineer I have found out a way to calculate the strength of the frame of a DIY hydraulic press made around a 6t jack bottle. The math is simple and approximative, but enough to have a rough idea, I think. Constructive critics are welcome.
