Carbide Insert Tool Holders

I like this idea of an offset in the chip holder shank; even more that tip is oriented CCW 3° to face off, especially to shoulders. I can't offer any explanation why this isn't apparent in commercially made holders. Like Doug, I'm not a devotee of Carbide. They certainly have their place, but are not my go-to choice.
I'd like to trip across a box of Rex AAA high speed sometime; flycut, turning, even on the shaper, greatest bits ever.
