I wonder if they've thought about building a drop hammer or shear for breaking up the scrap. Swinging a hammer like that will make you old quick.
Huge credit to the guy on the lathe that takes the drum to a light press fit on the hole-drilling template with little more than a stick as a measuring tool.
Does anyone know what the silver spray is they use on the mold after pulling the pattern? Not the parting dust, but the shiny silver liquid they spray in with the gun?
