Our food safety program requires there be "no uncontrolled roof leaks". We buy these in several different sizes depending on the need. We use 55 gallon plastic barrels with lids on and run the hose section through the bung. They're' up until we get the roofing guys out to do repairs. Flat roofs suck... BTW, that's a really nice looking grocery store! They obviously have a food safety program too!
