That's one way to clear a road.

Since there are no tracks behind him, it looked like ha may have been backing down the road and veered too close to the edge. Stopped and lowered the chute then tried to dump part of the load but the accelerated drum rotation caused the left side to sink further until it went over.
These snippet videos don't ever tell us the whole story.
For all we know the operator could have been a disgruntled employee backed close to the edge dropped the chute spun up the drum and exited the truck then just let it sit there until gravity and nature took its course

Note the chutes are clean and ladder in stowed position - So driver isn't washing out. Concrete has very high slump - Might be flowable fill. My guess; they are attempting to reinforce the washed out shoulder of road. Driver failed to put on extension chutes and got too close to the edge. Shoulder gave way, driver will need another job.

Also, mixer drums turn CCW while unloading which would shift weight of load to the passenger side of the truck.

Leave it, and if it landed on its wheels, many years from now people might find it hidden in the undergrowth and wonder how on earth it got there
